Vanavil Calibrations

Laboratory equipment calibration for QC, diagnostic and research labs

Test results are only as reliable as the equipment behind them. We calibrate the pipettes, centrifuges, incubators, ovens and cold storage your laboratory depends on, with traceable certificates your auditors can review.

Laboratory equipment calibration confirms that lab instruments such as micropipettes, centrifuges, incubators, ovens and freezers measure or control within their specified tolerance, using traceable reference standards. Vanavil Calibrations provides laboratory calibration on-site or in our NABL-accredited laboratory for diagnostic, QC, pharmaceutical and research labs.

Reliable results start with calibrated equipment

Every laboratory result depends on a chain of measurements: the volume a pipette dispenses, the speed of a centrifuge, the temperature inside an incubator or freezer. When one link drifts, results drift with it, often without anyone noticing.

We calibrate volume, speed, time and temperature across the equipment laboratories use every day. For weighing instruments see Weighing Balance Calibration, and for sensors and controllers see Temperature Calibration.

Our certificates state results, measurement uncertainty and conformity, which is what quality systems in diagnostic, pharmaceutical and research laboratories expect to see.

Laboratory instruments prepared for calibration

Protect results, samples and audits

Result accuracy

Small errors in volume or temperature add up. Calibration keeps test and assay results dependable.

Sample integrity

Incubators, freezers and refrigerators that hold their set temperature protect samples, reagents and vaccines.

Audit-ready records

Quality systems and accreditation bodies expect current calibration certificates for critical lab equipment.

Frequently asked questions

Micropipettes are usually calibrated gravimetrically: the pipette dispenses water onto a precision balance several times, each weight is converted to volume, and accuracy and precision are compared with the pipette's specification.
Annual calibration is common for most laboratory equipment, with more frequent checks for heavily used or critical items. Your quality manual and the manufacturer's guidance should set the final interval.
Yes. Most laboratory equipment can be calibrated on-site, which avoids transport and downtime. Some items are better calibrated in our laboratory; we advise case by case.
Yes. We calibrate refrigerators and deep freezers, and temperature mapping can show how evenly the storage space holds temperature. Read our temperature mapping guide.
