Industries where measurement accuracy isn't optional
From hospital wards to industrial production lines, our calibration and validation scope is built around the equipment each sector actually depends on.
Healthcare
We specialise in the calibration and validation of critical medical devices, including syringe pumps, infusion pumps, multipara monitors, ventilators, and other essential equipment used in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
We also provide validation for controlled environments like operating rooms and cleanrooms, to meet regulatory standards for patient safety.
Laboratories
Our calibration services extend to laboratory instruments such as thermometers, pressure gauges, balances, and hygrometers.
On-site calibration maintains measurement precision essential for research, testing and safety, while preserving the integrity of experiments and analyses.
Laboratory Equipment CalibrationIndustrial & Research
Calibration services address equipment measuring speed, pressure, flow and temperature in industrial settings, along with support for research facilities and quality control laboratories.
Regular calibration maintains operational efficiency by ensuring machinery operates within its designed tolerances and precision standards.
Mechanical & Electro-Technical Calibration
Blood Banks & Other Sectors
We also serve sectors such as blood banks, where calibrated instruments are crucial for maintaining the safety and integrity of blood storage.
Calibration ensures instruments operate within required specifications to meet industry standards and regulations.

Scope of services: frequently asked questions
How our scope of services covers calibration and validation for healthcare, laboratories, industry and specialist sectors across Tamil Nadu.
What does your scope of services include?
Our scope of services covers calibration of medical, laboratory, thermal, pressure, mechanical and electro-technical instruments, and validation of cleanrooms, operation theatres, laminar air flow units, biosafety cabinets, HVAC systems and controlled storage areas.
Is all work within NABL accreditation?
Calibration and testing are carried out under NABL accreditation and ISO/IEC 17025:2017-compliant procedures. Accreditation applies to specific parameters and ranges, so we confirm the accredited scope for your equipment before work begins.
Which sectors are covered?
Hospitals and healthcare facilities, diagnostic and research laboratories, pharmaceutical and biotechnology units, blood banks, food and beverage plants, packaging, electronics, aerospace and battery manufacturing.
Can on-site and laboratory work be combined?
Yes. Installed equipment and rooms are tested on site, while portable instruments can come to our Salem laboratory, all under one scope of services and one schedule.
How do I check whether my equipment is covered?
Share the make, model and measuring range. If an item falls outside our scope of services, we will tell you clearly rather than issue a certificate we cannot support, and suggest the right route for it.
Can you support organisations with several sites?
Yes. Groups with several hospitals, laboratories or plants can plan every site under one schedule, with consistent methods and report formats so results are easy to compare across locations and audits.
How often should equipment and rooms be checked?
Most instruments are calibrated every 12 months and most controlled areas are requalified at least annually, but the final interval depends on use, risk, manufacturer advice and the standard your facility follows.
