Vanavil Calibrations

Food processing clean room testing for dairy, beverage and packaging plants

High-care food areas depend on clean air, correct pressure and controlled temperature to keep products safe. We test those conditions and give your food safety team documented evidence for its plan and audits.

Food processing clean room testing measures air cleanliness, airflow, pressure, temperature and humidity in high-care and controlled areas of food, dairy and beverage plants, to confirm the environment supports the site's food safety plan. Vanavil Calibrations provides this testing, plus calibration of process and storage instruments, across Tamil Nadu.

Controlled environments behind safe food

Ready-to-eat, dairy, beverage filling and food packaging areas often use filtered air and positive pressure to keep contamination out. Cold rooms and processing equipment must hold their temperatures. When these controls drift, product safety and shelf life suffer.

We test particle counts, airflow and air changes, filter integrity, pressure between zones, and temperature and humidity in processing and storage areas. We also calibrate the thermometers, pressure gauges and balances used on the production floor.

Results support your HACCP and food safety management documentation. For storage areas see Temperature Mapping, and for instruments see Temperature Calibration.

Frequently asked questions

Not every area. High-care, ready-to-eat, filling and packaging areas that rely on filtered air and positive pressure benefit most. Your food safety plan should identify them.
Documented results show that environmental controls identified in your plan, such as filtered air, pressure and temperature, are working as intended.
